We just overnighted here. An excellent choic The staff were exceptional. From checkin to the restaurant. Very friendly and efficient and spoke good English The dinner was surprisingly good. The breakfast has to be one of the biggest selections I have ever seen. They serve beer, wine and liquor. Food and drinks reasonably priced. The room was extremely comfortable. Excellent beds and bathroom Good wifi. In short a perfect stay. I can't understand why this hotel has such a low rating on Booking.com Such a wonderful surprise

1) The room is quite spacious 2) The location is very strategic in the city centre and it is close to almost every place in Bandung city 3) The staffs (receptionists and house keeping) are all friendly and polite. Farhan Fajri (housekeeping staff) is helpful and polite. He happened to be cleaning my room when the wifi at my room did not work. He took initiative to report to the receptionist/technician. Then the technician came and fixed the wifi. The following day, I put "do not disturb" sign because I was working all day long outside the hotel. When I came back in the evening, I saw him in the hotel aisle. He noticed I put "do not disturb" and asked if I wanted my room to be cleaned. I agreed. 4) The hotel accommodated my request to print some documents (and it's free of charge). Helpful for those of you who travel for business.

My recent stay at Best Western Premier La Grande Bandung was a truly wonderful experience. Breakfast was good. Perhaps could have a bit more variant daily as I usually stay for a good 4 to 5 days. it would probably be nice to have a different menu every 2 days, perhaps.

Almost everything Good location, across the mall Staff always helpful, from security, receptionist & housekeeping they are make sure all guess feel comfortable Breakfast was spreading delicious, you can find local & western food Fortunately we got connecting rooms as I requested , that was plus point! Rooms are big, toilet clean with complete amenities.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. Everything was excellent, from how welcoming and polite the staff were (reception, doormen, restaurant, and room service) , to the comfort of the rooms - my stay was extremely enjoyable and will be staying here again the next time I return to Bandung. Friendly staff. Great view from the 19th floor. Great bed. Th refrigerator was defect, but they solved it very quickly.. The breakfast was very good, also enough for European people to choose. Good central location. And the free afternoon food buffet was also great. I recommend this place.

Located on walkable distance from the outlets and right next to a mall, this hotel is located strategically. The heated pool on the 3rd floor is a nice little spot to chill. The large rooms have everything one can need, from toothbrushes to shaving kits.

The room and bed was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beyond expectation. The location also great right in the city center, near mall, restaurants, and Soes Merdeka. The best part is the warm water pool. So much fun. Will come again.
